We provide refinance loans up to 100% of the homes appraised value. Typically we use an 80/20 combo loan to eliminate private mortgage insurance. This is accomplished by using a 1st and 2nd mortgage loan together.

We also help those who cannot prove their income due to self employment or other situations. This is known as a stated income program.
